Lee joined the Redefine Designs Co. team in 2022 as Chief Operating Officer, bringing a wealth of hands-on expertise to our interior design and construction projects. With a degree in Construction Management and a lifetime of experience building alongside his father in the family construction business, Lee brings both the technical foundation and the practical know-how that sets Redefine apart.
As COO, Lee oversees all construction and interior design project operations — ensuring every project is executed on time, on budget, and to the highest standard of craftsmanship. His deep-rooted background in construction means our clients benefit from seamless coordination between design vision and real-world buildout, from concept to completion.

With a sharp eye for detail and precision, Nancy translates creative design concepts into accurate, construction-ready drawings that guide each project from vision to reality.
As Lead Drafter, Nancy is the technical backbone behind our interior design and renovation process — ensuring every measurement, layout, and spatial plan is executed with accuracy and intention. Her work ensures that what's designed on paper translates seamlessly into the finished spaces our clients love.
